Glowi is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What Data We Collect

  • Analytics: We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to collect anonymized usage data such as page views, session duration, and general geographic location. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
  • Membership: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of delivering that newsletter.

How We Use Your Data

Analytics data helps us understand which content is most useful so we can improve the Site. Email addresses are used only to send our newsletter and are never sold or shared with third parties.

Cookies

Glowi uses minimal cookies. Umami analytics operates without cookies by default. If you are a logged-in member, Ghost may set a session cookie for authentication purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to read content on the Site.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of data sales (we do not sell data). Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and similar jurisdictions have comparable protections.

Children's Privacy

Glowi is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Umami's default settings. Email addresses are retained while you remain subscribed. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
